I had issues with positioning the widget on the product page due to the theme. Roland was able to fix the issue within 10 minutes. great customer service and acted promptly.
Setting up my subscription program was a breeze. ran in to an issue though with my display boxes on my website showing comma's instead of periods for the prices. hit the chat box and Roland assisted me and fixed the issue. He had to enter my shopify back door to get it done but was willing to and got the issue fixed! As a business owner i run in to issues often and normally IT is not helpful. Roland is by far the best IT person ive worked with in months. Solved out the issue in a timely manner and very nice to chat with. I had heard from a friend that Yotpo had great customer service. She was right! I have decided to use Yotpo apps for multiple things now even if other apps have higher amounts of people using them. Cause i know if Theres a issue they will get it fixed.
Anfangs lief nicht immer alles glatt und die App hat ein bisschen Probleme mit dem Übersetzen von Sonderzeichen, z.B. ö, ä oder ß. Insgesamt ist die App aber sehr gut, funktioniert einwandfrei und der Kundenservice ist fantastisch. Thessanyl hat mir sehr geholfen und ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke!

I'm only starting to build my subscription base now, but this app has been perfect so far, especially for the fact that I am on the free subscription! I really do recommend it, it looks great within my design on the store and is really easy for the customer to choose their subscription rate. I have just had my first issue where a customer forgot to add the shipping and the chat assistant fixed this for me, was super easy and Roland M was a great help! Thanks team, keep up the great work!

Migration was great, very user-friendly for the customer and conversions are sharp as well.
Definitely smoother to use than Recharge and Bold. If you have yotpo rewards its a no brainer!
Looking forward to seeing how the team develops the app to have even more features and improvements. Yotpo is great for its simplicity, how its apps are all interconnected, but also how they roll out solutions that work and are simple, with no pointless features that sound great in concept but add too much complexity with little to no value.

We had a theme update and began receiving questions from our customers on how they could access and manage their accounts. I reached out to yotpo chat support and Happy Sheen Buhay assisted me in fixing this. It was a very seamless process to get our site up and working easily (without having to get my developers involved). These 5 stars are for the support I received from Radly and the escalation team. We ran into a fairly large snafu during migration, right before launch. Radly and team came up with a creative solution to really help us out of a bind.
