Yotpo Subscriptions has been a great experience. The support team is extremely helpful and always willing to assist us in aligning subscription prices with sitewide sales. Irvin, in particular, has been exceptionally supportive. I've rated it 4 stars because I believe they are still ironing out a few bugs. App has great interface but if you have an existing subscription platform, the transfer is entirely dependent on your migration specialist. Our migration took about 2 weeks with very few customers because of the heavy back and forth. Widget looks great on the site and we're able to customize look & feel for branding. Back end has great looking analytics so far.

I installed the app and had difficulty with applying different subscription options to different Variants of the same Product, but Vergian spent a good amount of time walking me through some changes that might help on Chat. None of them worked as of yet, but they're going to work on their end and if it gets resolved and I can have clear instructions on adding additional Variants with their own ...
