they have great support. we worked with Albert on the Yotpo Subscriptions Migrations Support team and he was amazing to collaborate with. very thorough, very quick to respond, and very helpful in getting all of our legacy subscribers from a previous platform migrated to Yotpo.

I've been running my subscription business for a number of years and I previously used two other subscription apps prior to migrating my customers to Yotpo Subscriptions. A big thank you to the outstanding support from Sheen & Jomar, the migration support team where amazing with communication and made the transition to Yotpo so seamless. The subscription app is easy to install and set up subscriptions for my store. They also have lighting fast customer service via chat. The subscriptions team at Yotpo has been excellent from start to finish in terms of getting our data migrated, fixing small issues with the widget, and setting up functionalities for us. Their customer service has been exceptional so far. Quick responses to my concerns and open communication. Looking forward to all the new features and updates that come out as well as I'm always looking for ways to bring more value to my customers.

Tech support is a challenge. Thus far, the four times I have contacted them, they have escalated the tickets, which means at least a 24-hour wait for someone to get back to you. In their support chat, they disable the ability to upload screenshots, so every time within the chat, you have to request the ability to upload a screenshot. This is unheard of. None of the other apps I use have this feature disabled for their support chat. I used to use their SMS product and dropped it (with credits paid for) as I couldn't get a call back from their salesperson to walk through the product's features.
This review shouldn't surprise the developer because I believe in giving notice - at least twice - before posting a negative review. But they didn't care. Overall, I do not recommend this app because while the app is promising, the critical part of it - the support behind it is lacking.
The app is easy to navigate and both Roland and Happy were terrific to work with. I look forward to exploring it more and growing my business with it.

Great App, easy to setup. There could be some more tweaks to change, but for now pretty solid.

We had had some issues with our migration, but in the end, the agent handling our migration, Radley, put in a huge effort to get us over the line and was very capable.
The platform is still missing a number of key capabilities - it pushes all orders through for products that are out of stock, with no other options for how to manage out of stock orders. It is missing a number of fairly obvious customer notifications. There is no way of passing through delivery details through to the courier. The cancellation flow kicks in when customers remove any of the products from a subscription, so we get calls from customers who are afraid that they are accidentally cancelling their whole subscription. There is no admin capability to make changes to individual upcoming orders. It is integrated with Loyalty and Rewards, but with no way to discern between subscription orders vs one-off orders as the reward trigger. And there's no API yet. To see customer timelines, these have to be individually downloaded as a csv, making on the go customer service almost impossible.
