The team @ Yotpo is Very Professional! I'm so happy to find them, any work or modifications to be done it's double checked and verified via email and that is a "+". the subscription widgets to choose from are amazing, 'Tiled' was the choice that was made. Looking forward to offering customers subscription plans that work for them.

We had had some issues with our migration, but in the end, the agent handling our migration, Radley, put in a huge effort to get us over the line and was very capable.

The platform is still missing a number of key capabilities - it pushes all orders through for products that are out of stock, with no other options for how to manage out of stock orders. It is missing a number of fairly obvious customer notifications. There is no way of passing through delivery details through to the courier. The cancellation flow kicks in when customers remove any of the products from a subscription, so we get calls from customers who are afraid that they are accidentally cancelling their whole subscription. There is no admin capability to make changes to individual upcoming orders. It is integrated with Loyalty and Rewards, but with no way to discern between subscription orders vs one-off orders as the reward trigger. And there's no API yet. To see customer timelines, these have to be individually downloaded as a csv, making on the go customer service almost impossible.

Exporting customer timelines is already possible, and we are in the final stages of development to include this view directly in your admin interface. This enhancement should be available soon, offering you a comprehensive view of customer actions and engagements, not just within subscriptions, but also across other Yotpo products.

Been on the support with YOTPO a few times now, and the whole support team is amazing. Next level assistance, as they really take the time to solve your problem instead just trying to give you copy/ paste answers

I had an issue and couldn't figure out how to add Yotpo to my home page. I contacted them yesterday night, in an 1h the problem was fixed. They were really helpful and quick to reply, thanks again !!

Maria was super helpful with helping us with a technical issue. The app does lack a few features I would like, such as seeing the subscription NOT base on the sale price of an item if it's on sale when the customer places their subscription. But the backend makes it fairly easy to add and readd an item at a separate price.

Yotpo subscriptions are easy to set up and very intuitive. Their support team has been fantastic, Roland has been a massive help in working through some issues that we encountered when getting everything set up.

Orland also very helpful on the support chat.

Yotpo subscriptions is so much better than other sub apps. Also, their customer service is fast and friendly!

Their UI is better, easier, and faster to get up and running. Other apps take tedious work if you have a lot of products.

Roland M with Yotpo responded to my in app chat question within seconds and helped me beyond my initial question.

Highly recommend checking them out
