had a problem i could figure out and it was frustrating me to no end. Once i open the chat and spoke with Roland he fixed the issue and also gave me instructions on how to fix the issue myself if i ever ran into the problem again. I am super happy and super satisfied! Thanks again Roland, you're the best!

I'd first like to mention I would give James 5 stars for his customer service. He has been excellent to work with. Super responsive, kind and helpful.
The app itself is missing features and capabilities that I would prefer.
1. You cannot install the subscription widget yourself, it's required that you have customer service do it for you. I prefer to install and customize widgets myself.
2. You cannot adjust the discounts for your product variants, you are only allowed to adjust the intervals.
In summary, I like the look and application of Yotpo, but I prefer the dynamics of Seal Subscriptions.

Their customer service has been exceptional so far. Quick responses to my concerns and open communication. The app works well on Shopify and after going through quite a bit of mediocre apps on here, YotPo is definitely a big step up than others.

Tech support is a challenge. Thus far, the four times I have contacted them, they have escalated the tickets, which means at least a 24-hour wait for someone to get back to you. In their support chat, they disable the ability to upload screenshots, so every time within the chat, you have to request the ability to upload a screenshot. This is unheard of. None of the other apps I use have this feature disabled for their support chat. I used to use their SMS product and dropped it (with credits paid for) as I couldn't get a call back from their salesperson to walk through the product's features.
This review shouldn't surprise the developer because I believe in giving notice - at least twice - before posting a negative review. But they didn't care. Overall, I do not recommend this app because while the app is promising, the critical part of it - the support behind it is lacking.
Anfangs lief nicht immer alles glatt und die App hat ein bisschen Probleme mit dem Übersetzen von Sonderzeichen, z.B. ö, ä oder ß. Insgesamt ist die App aber sehr gut, funktioniert einwandfrei und der Kundenservice ist fantastisch. Thessanyl hat mir sehr geholfen und ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke!

I am so happy I chose to start using the Yotpo app. It was so easy to get up and running and I got my first subscription within 24 hours. The team has truly been so supportive, helpful and responsive. Hannah is wonderful and I look forward to exploring other Yotpo apps. Thanks for creating a seamless user experience.
