It took quite a lot of time and attention, but eventually Yotpo Support managed to get the app working in our shopify theme. The road to get there was quite bumpy at times but in the end it's all about the result. We have learned from this process. I assume this also applies to Yotpo. My first review, half way through the process, was not positive. Now that the result is finally there, I think it's fair to adjust my previous review.

Hopefully it will improve in the near future
The setup was easy, but emails are not being sent out to customers. Support tried to help but ended on radio silence after a week of trying. Maybe specify this is a beta app.
