The app lets customers try on products virtually and gives them a good idea of the colors. We’ve seen fewer returns since adding YouCam, and it’s like having a personal makeup studio on every device. Initial setup took time, but customer service was prompt and efficient. Totally worth it!
My Customers love trying different looks, which keeps them engaged. The only thing I’d like to see is even more customization to match my brand’s vibe, but overall it’s a fantastic tool that has made a real impact.
Since installing YouCam, I’ve noticed my customers spending more time on each product page and feeling more confident with their purchases.
