Impressive app. It has got the potential to be the one app for all you would want to run a loyalty and rewards program. I liked the features: freebies, cart drawer, nudges, Gamification.
Customer support here is proactive and consistently accessible to address any questions or concerns you might have.
The centralized login with OTP made the login process for our customers easy and seamless. Additionally, the combined products (Rewards and Cart Drawer) with their enabled synergies helped us optimize user touchpoints effectively. The favourite part is their team is very responsive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure any and all concerns are sorted out!
The YourToken team has been incredibly helpful in ensuring the product fits perfectly with our website. Their ability to provide all major solutions in a single app is a tremendous feature for us.
