I've been asked by several people who are big fans of other platforms and Yoycol is in my opinion the absolute best for my business and many others, I could not ask for any better. Unbelievable Customer Service, super helpful My Yoycol Rep. Eleven is always front and center when I have an issue and always quick with an answer to a question that i might have even though we are in different time zones...Stays on the ball....And for that i'm Thankful...I haven't seen anyone else come close to the quality of the material which was very important to me. They are the Goto!!

STAY AWAY!! BAD SERVICE !! SHIPPING TIME IS TERRIBLE. Over 21 days still in production and bad customer service to silence. Cannot deliver goods on time Shopify should not promote such app. Check out their Whatsapp page most vendors are complaining about the same issue. ( Yoycol) Upgrade service or get out. Shopify!! Please take action.

5 stars from me. Although they are vendor from China, but their services and product quality are quite good, and the base cost they offer is also very resonable. Highly recommend!

I'm following on Yoycol since January of this year when they had a few unique products, but they just exploded in a very few months, they have a very helpful and responsive Facebook Group where customer service is very responsive, shipping prices are clearly stated under every product, yes, fairly high, but the product prices are the lowest on the market, without losing quality, i have sampled 15 of their items and i am really happy with them. Production time is the fastest i've experienced personally. I really recommend Yoycol

I first found out about Yoycol on the Shopify App Store. I was struggling with Printify because of the third party vendors not listening to advice and pricing becoming an issue. So I did a little digging on YouTube and social media to figure out more about Yoycol. I heard a lot of positive reviews about their products. And not only that I saw that Yoycol was pretty much a gold mine for all over print clothing, which my store focuses on. So I did a few designs and I purchased some products to see how they would turn out. When I received them they were AMAZING!!! Way better quality than MWW on Demand. Even the shoes that I got from Yoycol have helped me very much so with my plantar fasciitis. The shoes I am talking about are the air cushioned shoes. Customer support is working on improving their services which is normal for any new company trying to get their foot off the ground. The shipping is slower than most print-on-demand companies, however, I am happy to trade slower shipping for way better product quality! I personally love Yoycol and their products and look forward to see them flourish in the future!!!

**UPDATE**
So A customer service rep reached out to me and they refunded my money and assured me it won't happen again. So i will be placing one more order with them to see how it goes. As i stated before the quality of the products are good and the prices are good. i'll give an update on the new order i receive. i will be trying the express shipping this time to see how long it takes. Ok I don't like to do negative reviews but I been left with no other choice. So first let me say that I ordered a couple of items from YOYCOL. I ordered a shirt which without tags that I paid for, YOYCOL refunded the cost of tags. I ordered the shirt in an XL but it was more of a Large fit, I attributed this to me not paying more attention to the size chart and measurements, no big deal. I ordered a mask it was good no complaints. I ordered women's flare bottom pants and again the size I order was XL but it fit my model more like a Large. Again I attribute this to me not paying more attention to the size chart and measurements. This first order took about 4 weeks to arrive. This wasn't an issues as I was planning on ordering in bulk and the prices are pretty low compared to other POD services I use. Overall that first order went as expected no real complaints except clothing not branded as the site advertised. Now for the reason for my 1 star rating. I placed a second sample order of a pair of sunglasses on Feb. 9, 2022. today is March 5, 2022 and I still haven't received my item. I emailed YOYCOL with no reply. I commented on their facebook page with no reply. I even sent a message on their WHATSAPP and they replied asking me if i wanted to add a cotton polo shirt to my order without telling me what is going with the item I never received. so overall I give them a 1 Star rating. It is very unfortunate because I was looking forward to using YOYCOL as my main POD service to order in bulk.

Terrible customer service! I want to cancel my purchase and get my money back, I sent emails, had chat with customer service, and they just tell me the order is in the country of destination. Its not! Its in in china as its states in the "tracking number" they gave to me. The tracking number is NOT in my order in the dashboard, not sure what tracking number is that they gave to me TBH. The tracking number they gave me is definitely unusable. I ordered on the 02.02.2021 to try this company, Order has no update since 18.02.2021. The support cant help anything. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Definitely not going to use them never more.

Just as the situation you feedback to us, during February, we got a large amount of orders out of our expect , We tried our best to fulfill all orders as fast as possible, but your order was dispatched until March. We were not able to control the shipping speed, we even didn’t find your package was not updated.
To improve our service moving forward, we will update the function to display the shipping information on Yoycol dashboard after March 15th, by then you can track the shipping status. Furthermore, We’ll choose better shipping companies to shorten our delivery time. Last but not the least, We’ll promote the service level of our support team.

I would love to use this service. I designed about 68 items for my shop that went live, and discovered there is no shipping settings on any of the items. The settings did not migrate to my shop. I have spent almost a full week trying to get a hold of someone from yoycol, with no response or small responses that are not helpful. It's so sad I would really love to use this service, but there isn't any customer service, I can't even get the shipping set up in Shopify and it's been a week trying to contact them. If no one gets in touch today, I'll have to delete this app and remove the 68 products I would love to sell. :(
