Once upon a time, Yoycol was easy enough to work with. I had very few issues at the time. That has since changed as there has been a long overdue issue going on that began in April 2023 with an order from a customer. The parcel never arrived at her address, despite the fact she's ordered from me in the past. Yoycol insists the address is invalid but I demonstrated otherwise. Instead of fixing the problem, they're dragging it on. My business has suffered because of it. I'm so furious with Yoycol right now and am about to walk away from them for good. They cost me more than just a sale with the bad service received here.
At the moment, I have thrown everything associated with Yoycol on draft instead of active as I no longer trust them. They told me to keep waiting and yet this has been a problem that's been lingering since mid-April. We're now mid-July! I'm at the point where I feel they owe me more than just a refund. Issue a reprint and PROPER DELIVERY to the customer who was so badly wronged but issued a refund at the same time. Better companies have done something like this once they clued in they failed miserably in the department of customer service and product delivery. Will Yoycol do the same? Right now, I have my doubts.

Super Super great APP, very good selections. The The company is growing and willing to listen to the creators / their consumers. They have very good product knowledge of what items are trending or emerging. Customer support experiences are better when you discover who is assigned to your account and have that person help you along the way. We ordered a few hundred dollars' worth of different types of products to sample. Many passed the quality and print tests! Only 2 out of 18 had some type of issue. 1) the type of material vs. the type of product (i.e. it should have been a thinner-stretchy fabric used for the garment selection and type 2) the other garment's cut or shape needs to be adjusted or modified to fit better like in the renderings. This brings up the next positive: the 3D mock-up and rendering with models are very good, and the models look good. Very promising app, products, and company!

So far so good! I launched my business almost a month ago and have had several orders not only for myself, but from customers as well. Shipping does take awhile with Economy shipping, but the quality of the items is pretty awesome! I have ordered several clothing items for men, women, kids, and pets and they have all been great.

I put off using this app for a while, but I’m glad I finally pulled the trigger. For what I want to do with my brand, Yoycol has the products I need. Not to mention, the low prices. There’s always room for improvement with any POD company, but after having conversations with Yoycol reps, they actually make the effort to improve after hearing concerns. I hope to have a long relationship with this POD company.

Yoycol deliver extremely poor quality and are far from reliable often refusing to correct mistakes making you ask many times even after sending pics. I could not recommend as there are many companies who operate much better. When ordering I have waited over a month to receive items which arrive well after I needed them for significant events. They also do not offer accurate tracking making many unnecessary customer enquiries. Terrible company all round. Do not use

It's quite easy to use. We can check the statuses of our orders and search designs with no trouble. They also try to help us in solving some problem quickly. If they can set up all/most of products in 3D view, that would be great.

I really like Yoycol as a company. Their products are so varied and different to others. They are a cut above in different tops, shorts, dresses, skirts etc with their designs being more trendy and up to date rather than just standard all over print tshirts. Their customer service is great too and the products I have had from them have been lovely. I did have one product I ordered that looked nothing like what I had designed, but they were happy to give me a refund or replacement after a brief conversation with them on the website chat. I recently ordered a dress that said it had a pocket but it came with no pocket so you have to watch this and get samples before you sell items. They are a good company though and an asset to my business.

Products are good. Building custom products is easy. Shopify integration seems to suck. Every single order that comes through needs manual payment authorization in Yoycol. Shopify collects payment but it doesn't pass it through to Yoycol. That's painful. That may end up being a deal killer for us...and maybe you, too.
