You were right. When you needed a points-based loyalty system, we didn't have it, and we completely understand why that was a dealbreaker. But here's something we'd love for you to know: your feedback didn't go unnoticed. As a small team, we made the decision to dedicate our developers fully to building exactly what you — and merchants like you — were asking for.
The points system is now live. You were genuinely one of the sparks behind it, and today hundreds of merchants are using a feature that wouldn't exist without feedback like yours.
