Outstanding Loyalty Platform with Exceptional Support

After evaluating multiple loyalty solutions for our business, we chose YOYO Loyalty and have been extremely impressed with both the platform and the support team.

The app provides everything we need in a modern loyalty ecosystem: points and rewards, cashback, store credit, VIP tiers, memberships, referrals, wishlists, back-in-stock notifications, price-drop alerts, POS redemption, customizable loyalty pages, and customer engagement tools, all in a single platform. This allowed us to avoid using multiple apps while creating a premium customer experience.

What truly sets YOYO apart is their support. A special thank you to Aida, who has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the setup process. She consistently went above and beyond to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure our loyalty program was configured exactly as needed.

We are currently implementing a multi-tier rewards program with personalized membership cards, VIP benefits, referral rewards, and both online and in-store earning and redemption. YOYO provides the flexibility and functionality required to support our current needs while giving us confidence that the platform can scale with our future growth.

When we migrated to Shopify, everyone recommended Smile.io as the gold standard. We trust that Smile.io will fulfill all the need, however, we believe that being the biggest or newest doesn't mean you can't be the best. After doing deep research, reading countless reviews, and thoroughly testing Yoyo during our trial period, they completely won us over.

Functionality:
The app is simple, clean, and highly effective without being over-engineered. Whenever we hit a bottleneck or had a feature request, the development team responded immediately. They make quick, decisive product updates, and we are extremely impressed by their efficiency and how much they truly listen to their customers.

Customer Service:
Easily a 5+ star experience. The support team is fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

Overall:

I absolutely love the YoYo Loyalty app. It’s super intuitive to set up and has completely changed our customer engagement. The cashback system is fantastic and really encourages repeat purchases.
The support team is incredible—big shout-out to Shophie for being so kind and quick with help. Technical team also very expert and quick, they resolved everything within minutes, not days. They are very responsive and truly invested in making it work for us.

We’ve had an excellent experience with this loyalty app so far. The setup was smooth, and the interface is very intuitive. We specifically needed a solution to create a VIP tier, and this app delivered exactly what we were looking for.

Lily was incredibly helpful throughout the process, guiding us every step of the way and making sure everything was set up. Aida also provided great support, especially when helping us navigate the free plan.

I absolutely love yo-yo loyalty it has helped my business tremendously. I personally love the fact that it is affordable as they offer free services as to where competitors on here try to charge you for everything. You don't have to worry about that with yo-yo. I'm definitely a long time customer

Great app and amazing support!
I've been using YOYO Loyalty Program & Rewards and I'm really happy with it. The referral system is straightforward and easy to navigate. When I had some questions, Jazz was super helpful and cleared everything up quickly. Great customer service makes all the difference! Highly recommend it.

we've been using YOYO now for a couple weeks and i have to say they are very cooperative and quick in solving our customization wishes. I am very happy with their competent support, especially Sophie is very kind.
i can certainly recommend the APP if you want to implement a Loyalty Program. They are quick in support and you can customize everything.

Nice app. Good features.
All in all it's a nice app and it feels easy to navigate.
It let you setup your loyalty rewards quick and it's simple to manage your settings.
Today I was helped by Daisy with a setupquestion and it went supersmooth so I'm happy with the app in total

It's great working with them, we've really been enjoying using this app as well as our customers! Very straight forward set up and understanding. Great step to integrate in-store and online shoppers. Really good experience with YOYO so far.

Ben, Lily and Aida were very helpful in setting up my Shopify rewards program. I had quite a few questions during the process and they were always responsive and clear in their replies, which made things much easier on my end.

They also helped coordinate with their tech team whenever needed, so any issues or clarifications were handled quite smoothly.

My website is about to launch, so I’m glad the setup process has been smooth and reassuring. Hopefully the app features perform just as well once we go live.

So far, a very positive experience.
