We are building a custom B2B Portal in Shopify for our webshop and wanted to integrate a loyalty program into it. Thanks to the API of YOYO Loyalty, we have the flexibility to build it entirely in our own way.
We had some specific requirements, and the owner, Alva, has been incredibly helpful in making this happen. The customer support via chat is also handled quickly by other team members. Great app & service!
I am impressed with the level of detail of this app as well as the excellent customer support from Daisy. She is well equipped with the technical skills needed to support my customised UI request. Excellent app with a lot of depth and great customer support. i was supported in one exchange by Alva and they quickly solved issues i had. there's constant updates to this app to improve it and the app team has a wish list type section you can add things you wish the app had. fees for the expanded versions are very cheap whilst the free version allows you to do a lot. i highly recommend this app for VIP programs, membership programs, discounts on products, referral programs, wishlists and campaigns
