I'm not sure what's happening with this app, but my campaign from earlier this week never reached our subscribers despite that app claiming it did. Now there's a "USA Deliveries Temporarily suspended" banner across the top of the Overview page. This is very disappointing as I haven't been able to reach our subscribers with our planned promotion.

After reviewing the issue together, we identified that the customer you used as a reference to verify the campaign delivery was not included in the selected audience — which explains why they did not receive the message.
That said, given the misunderstanding, we issued a full refund for the campaign as a gesture of goodwill.

As for the USA deliverability banner, this was a temporary issue caused by external carrier restrictions, which was promptly resolved.

We haven't received any further feedback from you via email since the analysis was completed, but please know we're still here and happy to support you — either by email or through our live chat.

So far it's been a good app for us. We are just testing to see how our customers respond to the text. Being able to see the ROI is good. We like that there is not app membership needed. We get charged at the time we decide to send out text. This is all quoted to you before hand.

Ottima app, semplice ed efficace!
Abbiamo iniziato a usare YSMS per le nostre campagne SMS e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. L’interfaccia è intuitiva e ci ha permesso di partire subito senza bisogno di lunghe configurazioni. Ottimo anche il supporto clienti: rispondono in modo rapido e sono molto disponibili.

So far so good! I have only used it twice and it's easy for someone who isn't super techie. Also, their customer service is FAST & excellent! I'm excited to continue using it!

Editing 5/23/25 to add: You can't go wrong with this app. If there is an issue they fix it FAST! The support is TOP NOTCH! Shopify could learn something about support from these guys!! THANK YOU!

Muy satisfecho con Ysms. La plataforma es fácil de usar, intuitiva y ofrece herramientas muy útiles para recuperar carritos, enviar campañas SMS y automatizar el seguimiento con los clientes. Não aconselho a ninguem em portugal usar esta aplicação, cobram o dinheiro e não funciona, estive quase 5 horas a tentar enviar sms e nada funcionou ainda por cima não devolvem o dinheiro pago, não invistam nesta aplicação, não aconselho.
