This app connects your Shopify webshop to your Yuki administration. That’s why you don’t have to manually type out data, since the orders are transferred automatically to Yuki. This is a real-time connection. You indicate when a Shopify order is transferred: When it is created, paid or partially paid. The correct price-details (e.g. order details) and customer-details are transferred to Yuki. A detailed online manual is available.

We used this app for almost two years, and it was the worst mistake we could have made! Every month, there were numerous error lines with no explanation. Since February 2026, our store has been on Shopify B2B, and the app hasn't adapted its services. As a result, every order had an error, and Peppol transfers to Yuki weren't possible due to the app's processing issues. Our accounting firm told us that all their clients are also very dissatisfied with this app.
Customer service doesn't listen to us, and for every bug, they just pass the buck. They're unprofessional and unresponsive. We absolutely do not recommend it, unless you want to waste your time manually checking everything for hours every month.

For more than two years, the integration for this webshop operated without issues, successfully processing thousands of orders, including the transmission of invoices to Yuki via Peppol once this functionality had been configured.
The situation changed after the VAT configuration of the Shopify webshop was modified to a setup in which different VAT registration methods are combined within a single webshop. This specific configuration is currently not supported by our integration. This is not the result of a malfunction, but a deliberate product decision that is also described in our documentation.
Our integration supports both Shopify webshops where orders are recorded as VAT-inclusive amounts, as is common for many B2C webshops, and webshops where revenue excluding VAT and the VAT amount are recorded separately, as is often the case for B2B webshops.
Combining these two methods within a single webshop is currently used by only a very small proportion of Shopify users. Because this configuration makes order processing considerably more complex and increases the risk of errors, we have made the deliberate decision not to support it at this time.
As soon as it became clear that the webshop was using a configuration outside the scope of our supported setup, we discussed this with the customer and recommended choosing a solution that better matched their specific configuration.

I got excellent support to get this setup. Still fine tuning left and right but it allows me to handle orders and refunds and create invoices from within Yuki while new customers are automatically created in Yuki
