Great app with accurate tracking and smooth setup. The Conversion API integration works well and gives much clearer data than the standard pixel. Support is fast and helpful. Ryan helped me fix an issue quickly. Highly recommend.

Setup took less than 5 minutes and everything works flawlessly.
A clean dashboard lets you easily track views, add-to-cart actions, checkouts, and completed orders.

I was experiencing technical issues with our facebook pixel (Specifically server side event_source_url parameter being blocked). The official Shopify Facebook and Instagram app wasn't working correctly and it was nearly impossible to get someone from Shopify to look at it.
We spent weeks trying to get it fixed only to get the runaround from both Meta and Shopify both pointing fingers at each other. The Shopify AI assistant Sidekick recommended going with a 3rd party app.
I downloaded this app and got technical assistance right away from their support. I was able to quickly connect it and disconnect the facebook/instagram app (to avoid duplicate events). It's working great now and the server side issue is fixed.
