Great app for 3d and AR. And even better support! Fixed all my problems, thanks to Elena, Domenico, Nicola, Marinella and other Zakeke Team members!

This app appeared to be everything I needed and I was very wrong. I've never seen an app try to nickel and dime their clients so badly. Customer service is slow and unhelpful. They'll give you one answer to your question and then contradict themselves with a different answer to the same question; then offer to charge you an additional fee with a different app. I have invested a large amount of time into customization and I am now willing to throw that effort away and find a different app. I recommend to continue your search for this type of app and move along. Stay away from this product.

As the tool is constantly evolving, some reviews I saw here regarding a bad buyer experience are not true anymore. The usage for the customer is more intuitive now.

Great app with extensive features. Integration into shopify is quick and easy. Customizable products can be created from existing shopify products, so the plugin can handle variant products and stock levels. It has many options to build pricing structures e.g. based on print type, print size, quantity and more. The front end is designed well and doesn't feel like an external tool at all.

We've tested several customization plugins, and this one finally has all the features we need. Plus, customer service has been really helpful with a few details we were missing.

I love this app. We do some personalization of some of our products and the way it integrates on the homepage makes it easy for the customer to design his favorite product. Also when it comes to the workflow, it is easy to use and helps me to have a lean process with all this data that need to be managed.
When I had a problem, the team was always helpful and could resolve my issue in no time. So if you are doing personalizations there is no better option available for shopify to my knowledge.

One of the best customization tools out there on Shopify, support team is really friendly and helpful. If you don´t know something you can even ask them and they will respond and give you tips. Many updates and new things coming in a good average time period.
