Server very slow, sometimes the [ Customize Button ] on product page no show . Predesign template working table too small, it's hard to do the design .

Through my experience as a digital service provider and business owner, I MUST say Zakeke's support is the best. Absolutely one of the best product customization tools available. Their support team responds quickly and is very helpful. The feature set and integration with Shopify is excellent and customers love the design tool. If I had any issue/request, the production data they provide is good if you are doing one-off products. But for large print on demand sites, you will need to integrate with Zapier since the data they send back to the Shopify order is fairly limited. However this is a minor complaint and for high-end site selling customized products, this is the perfect addition to your Shopify site.

I don't normally leave reviews unless I am blown away by a person going above and beyond for me. In this case, Nicola went to the moon and back helping me make my store better and providing the best customer service imaginable. This app is fantastic and Nicola represents the best support you could ever ask for. Thank you so much for everything!

Zakeke is easily the most user friendly designer on the market. Extremely customisable by both store owners and customers and your customers don''t need any graphics knowledge to use the designer. I had no trouble installing it and setting everything up was also fairly straightforward. Staff are super helpful and replied to my couple of questions within hours. I cannot recommend Zakeke highly enough.
