Zakeke ‑ Customizer 2D 3D

One of the worst apps out dont get me wrong nice interface and system but terrible rude customer service.Shopify needs to ban this software developer and start and investigation. its a cash grab just take your money for a system with no help . if you are United Stated Based dont dare use it has tons of bugs when it comes to the imperial system

So far, I have to say it is phenominal service! The individual helping me has gone above and beyond helping me get zakeke to work with my shopify store. It's exactly the product I wanted! My site wouldn't be how I wanted it without their help! So thank you for the top notch customer service!

Its been a few months since we started using Zakeke and we feel like this review deserves a revision.

We have a love-hate relationship with this app, i gotta tell you, this app is very technical (at least for our purpose). If you are a web-developer working for a client (store owner) then be prepared for a challenge!

Please don't panic, we still rated this app 5 stars even with all our complains. ...

Really great app, so easy to install and setup. It's perfect! And the team is AWESOME!
I do recommand this app.

The app is working properly. I just had an issue and Nicola fixed it in less than 20 mins from my request (today is BLACK FRIDAY).

Ok, I am dealing with this from months. I just casually played with the customizer as a user (front end) and I just discover it's not working again. I have a plus subscription, I bought the "remove background" ...

Without a doubt the best product customizer on the market, we have used every other tool available on Shopify and this one has the best customer facing tool. Ken and Carlo have been fautless and very helpful. Thank you both very much!

We use Zakeke from few month now, we still have some works to make it perfect but already the system is working very well, i saw some comments that there is nobody to reply if you have a technical request , that is totaly wrong , we have full of the answers at our question .
So in fact we are really happy about the system and the business that generated for us these last weeks .

One of the best customization tools out there on Shopify, support team is really friendly and helpful. If you don´t know something you can even ask them and they will respond and give you tips. Many updates and new things coming in a good average time period.

We have been using the Product Customizer for about a year now. Fast, responsive customer support. Good app for the price. It works reliably.

It's a great app and easy to use once you've created a few test products. The interface is very intuitive and clean, would definitely recommend.
The support team is very helpful if you run into any issues.
