Zakeke ‑ Customizer 2D 3D

Wir nutzen Zakeke seit einem Jahr. Wir haben vorher viel getestet, aber Zakeke ist definitv der beste Konfigurator auf dem Markt. Man kann damit alles konfigurieren und wenn es Probleme mit dem Programm gibt, hilft ein super netter Support immer sehr schnell. Deshalb ganz klar 5 Sterne.

The program is great, and the features are excellent. The downside is that if something goes wrong with the app on the weekend, there is no customer service to get you back up and running. That's money lost until someone reaches out on Monday. On top of the monthly fee, the transaction fee adds up if you do a lot of sales.

This app will help me adapt my business to the needs of my customers now that we are living in a Covid-19 world.

Was a bit worried about moving away from my other personalizer app as I was comfortable with it but I'm so glad I did, the functionality front and back end is fantastic and production wise, its 100% better! great app and customer service is always on hand. The best programme if your letting customers customise a visual product. Customer support is outstanding. I'm very happy with this app so far.

Server very slow, sometimes the [ Customize Button ] on product page no show . Predesign template working table too small, it's hard to do the design .

I needed a refund for a charge for the Zakeke app that was loaded in Shopify but was not used. The Zakeke support team quickly provided my refund of $39.99. I plan on using the Zakeke Designer at a later date. Very responsive and understanding support group.

This is a good app if you're looking for an app that let's your customers create customized products on your website. Love it.

Great tool so far. Very odd that simple things aren't allowed in the beginning plan like Bulk Variations. If someone wants to customize a product but add a different name to 10 of the same design, they have to make 10 products unless I want to pay like triple the money per month.

Also, I don't understand why they don't have a warning that certain options cost more until AFTER you've already spent ...
