I am setting up a new store and had some questions about the options. I spoke with Goran and Gaia and both are awesome to get support from. Setting up Zakeke is very easy compared to other customizers honestly. I look forward to working with them for long term. There are lots of features the app provides and you can add so many cliparts and assign those cliparts to different products. Amazing!Thank you!
Great app for 3d and AR. And even better support! Fixed all my problems, thanks to Elena, Domenico, Nicola, Marinella and other Zakeke Team members!
This app appeared to be everything I needed and I was very wrong. I've never seen an app try to nickel and dime their clients so badly. Customer service is slow and unhelpful. They'll give you one answer to your question and then contradict themselves with a different answer to the same question; then offer to charge you an additional fee with a different app. I have invested a large amount of time into customization and I am now willing to throw that effort away and find a different app. I recommend to continue your search for this type of app and move along. Stay away from this product.
