I've been using Zalify for my Shopify store for a while now, and I have to say, it's been a game-changer. The plugin is super easy to navigate, and it has all the features I need to take my marketing to the next level. But honestly, what really blew me away was their customer support. Anytime I had a question (and I've had quite a few!), they got back to me fast and were genuinely helpful. You can tell they really care about making sure you're happy with the product. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I'd recommend Zalify to anyone running a Shopify store.

Previously, customer service was very attentive and responsible. Now, they just tell you to check the problem yourself. If I understood the issues, why would I need customer service in the first place?

Zalify is fantastic for boosting sales and conversion rates. Its abandoned cart recovery and welcome emails are game-changers. Easy installation, customizable templates, and fast loading make it user-friendly. The responsive customer support is a big plus. Highly recommend!

During my interaction, I encountered an agent who lacked basic software knowledge. When I attempted to address my issue, the agent failed to understand my concerns and dismissed the problem outright instead of trying to resolve it.
