I've been using Zalify for my Shopify store for a while now, and I have to say, it's been a game-changer. Previously, customer service was very attentive and responsible. Now, they just tell you to check the problem yourself. If I understood the issues, why would I need customer service in the first place?

During my interaction, I encountered an agent who lacked basic software knowledge. When I attempted to address my issue, the agent failed to understand my concerns and dismissed the problem outright instead of trying to resolve it.
