Don’t install their apps. I sent messages for a long time without reply.Customer service experience is disastrous

Zalify's Popup Builder is a quick way for us to create Popups and newsletter form without having to hire a designer or Shopify expert. We can just pick from their pre-made templates and go. It's really simple and effective! Their customer service is on point and they provide excellent value with their products. I would highly recommend Zalify to any business looking to grow your email list.
I had some problems with my pixel and I got great help with our pixel and added a parameter of the Add to Cart, awesome!
I was having difficulties with inserting the proper pixels in my theme. Zalify has resolved my issues fastly. ..I would recommend them again.

the PIXEL IS PRETTY POWERFUL.
The most pathetic customer service is from this app. They donot reply, do not read msgs properly nor help you. Especially Zoe. Useless support & pathetic experience.

I want to mention that our response time for free tier customers is within 24 hours, as we sometimes are occupied with serving our paid customers. However, this does not excuse the lack of assistance you experienced.
