I recently interacted with Zalify’s customer support team and was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. In particular, Caroline stood out for her exceptional warmth and dedication. She greeted me with genuine enthusiasm, listened attentively to my concerns, and went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved promptly. Her positive attitude and willingness to help truly made the experience enjoyable.

It is not recommended. I chose the 19 USD package, which was supposed to ensure that my data was perfectly transmitted back to my advertising backend, but this did not happen. Then I tried to contact the backend staff, and there was only an AI system in the backend. They even Not sending you any information about consultation means that your problem cannot be solved, so why am I spending $19 a month?

I've been using Zalify for my Shopify store for a while now, and I have to say, it's been a game-changer. The plugin is super easy to navigate, and it has all the features I need to take my marketing to the next level. But honestly, what really blew me away was their customer support. Anytime I had a question (and I've had quite a few!), they got back to me fast and were genuinely helpful. You can tell they really care about making sure you're happy with the product. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I'd recommend Zalify to anyone running a Shopify store.
