Zapier: Workflow Automation

We are just beginning to touch on the surface of how powerful Zapier really is and how much it can help us in connection with our Shopify store, but we have found it to be super useful for the few zaps we have set up. An example of a zap we love involves a specific service item being ordered from our Shopify store which causes a specific email to be sent and then creates a task in Insightly pertaining to that item for a specific person.

Used to integrate sales data from store to external app. Also the Pinterest integration with Facebook is excellent.

One of the best apps I have used so far. If you are looking to build out your business with a high level of automation, then you have to get Zapier.

We use Zapier for a ride range of syncs from a simple sync to google cal to syncing our shopify orders over to quickbooks online. Zapier is a powerful cloud base solution but also offers a clean and simple interface that almost anyone can use (no programming knowledge needed!)
