Built for busy kitchens, takeaway counters and in-store coffee shops inside retail and apparel stores, it lets customers order ASAP or schedule for later, while your team manages orders from Shopify POS or admin, sets prep times and delivery zones, controls menu availability by time, day or location, takes table reservations, and collects reviews automatically.

We've been a Zapiet customer since 2023, starting with Zapiet Pickup + Delivery before adopting Zapiet Eats for Wendy's PH. currently, we manage 100+ stores, and the platform has somehow been able to support the operational requirements of our online ordering business while providing a consistent customer experience.

As part of our development team, we've worked closely with Zapiet on implementations, troubleshooting, and feature requests. Their support team has always been responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly to work with. They listen to feedback and are willing to collaborate on practical solutions.

We’ve been using Zapiet Eats for our Better Coffee brand, and I have to say — this app is incredibly powerful and packed with features. From store scheduling to order fulfillment logistics, everything is well-thought-out and just works seamlessly.

But what truly sets them apart is their Support Team. Every Support Advisor we’ve interacted with has been extremely accommodating, and I’m honestly speechless at how knowledgeable they are about every aspect of their app. They go above and beyond to assist, making every interaction smooth and reassuring.
