I just started using this app, and encountered some minor issues. I have to say the live chat support is magnificent. I am always of the thought that an app may experience issue(s), and that's fine, but it's the support (live chat as opposed to raising tickets/sending emails) that makes me decide if I should take the leap.

The app has many options to work with which we love. The customer service reps, Zach and Maria have been very responsive. We had an issue adding a product to the shopping cart once we added the Zapiet widget, but the team was able to create a fix and get us up and running in about a week. The AI tool was very detailed and responsive as well. We found answers to many questions while we were setting up the widget that actually worked. We'd recommend this app.

Absolutely amazing support team!
I havent even upgraded to premium yet (was setting everything up before I go live) and I was still treated like a paying customer!
One of the options I setup was bugging the app, took less than 24 hours for them to identify the settings I had input that caused the issue!
10/10 to Angelo and Betty for helping me fix the issue!
Definitely use Zapiet as they have a suite of apps that all work together for restaurants!

The chat person kept asking me to grant them access to our account... She was not able to solve issue and insisted they had to access our account. Sorry to say, but this was very suspicious
In the meantime, we lost money as product options were not charging for the extras at checkout

Love it, we had this idea where we wanted people to send us a picture for us to print on their tins, and it was a mess asking at checkout to send it via email etc etc. when i found out about product options, where you can simply upload the pic on the pdp!? amazing. great work again from the zapiet team.
