How to get started
To get started you will need to have or create an account for Zendesk Support that is linked to an account for Zendesk Chat . Once you have set up those accounts you will be given a Zendesk account subdomain that you will be asked to enter during the setup of this integration. Once entered, you can then easily enable the display of the widget via the integration's setup page; no additional code is required to be pasted into your Shopify site.
To explore the end user experience after linking your Shopify and Zendesk Chat accounts, just log into your Zendesk Chat account, ensure an agent is available and then visit your Shopify site to start a chat.
Due to roll out of Chat Phase 4 on the 24th October, Shopify for Chat integration will not be available for those signing up after this date whereas the integration will continue to work for existing users. However, Shopify for Chat integration will support new signees in near future.
Note: The app is free for Zendesk customers who are on the Team Plan or above.

I used this chat App, but it is not user friendly at all and it gave problems with other Shopify apps. And then it is slowly when you using it from the dashboard. But the support team at Zendesk is friendly.

Your app is trash and you seem not to care. I expect more from a multi-million dollar company than an app that cannot be used.
I am running a couple of stores with shopify and bigcommerce. I have installed Zendesk on my shopify stores including Jaipur Hair & Instalength. But their customer support sucks and i personally do not recommend. They didn't treat customers like customers when it comes to proper support we require being in India. So instead of Zendesk, I strongly recommend Freshdesk or Freshchat. I have lost whatever i have paid them in front for annual plan. They didn't resolve the concern i have asked them to do instead they are like all the payments are non refundable. Please do not waste your time with them.
