We've been using Zen Desk for 5 years and the way it integrates all the contact points together is priceless! This app rocks!

Shopify has been an amazing tool for us and we are able to access other tools easily to become more efficient. The help we receive is prompt. There are minimal issues using Shopify. Other platforms we have used have been more difficult, not as efficient, or as helpful. This is a great tool for a busy business.

Zendesk should really re-evaluate talent they bring in for their app development. Their apps are clunky, not intuitive and super buggy. Their mobile app is a disaster (just read reviews on the Apple's App store) App used to work just fine. Then, for no reason, the Shopify integration just stopped working. The integration between ZenDesk and Shopify seamlessly integrates our Customer Experience and eCommerce platforms. The result allows us to engage with our customers in a more personalized way by giving us visibility on their order history and account information. Among many different apps I use on the daily, the ZenDesk one is by far my favorite and most convenient tool.
