Having the Shopify app installed into our Zendesk instance has brought a good amount of convenience and efficiency to our workflows, but there are a few features that are missing to take it to the next level. 1. Our team uses Timeline Notes rather than Order Notes to leave comments on an order. Seeing any timeline notes attached to each order expansion would be incredibly helpful. 2. Tags associated with each order displayed in the order expansion as well as the customer profile. This would improve our efficiency by a few clicks. 3. Quick links to specific apps, such as ReCharge would save a lot of time for our team as well Overall the app is extremely reliable and has brought a lot of clarity to our team.
Integration with Shopify was a breeze, and it's been really useful to have Shopify data within our Zendesk portal. However, sometimes the Zendesk UI is a bit difficult to navigate and find what I'm looking for.

B e careful. I used zendesk for a month and loved it. Then as soon as I paid almost all of the features went away and they disconnected all of my settings. I lost all of my communication and because I was only paying a mid-tier plan they eliminated any support other than searching their faq page. I had paid a year in advance and asked that I be refunded for the 11 months that were now unusable. The company refused saying they don't do refunds. This is a scam. What you get in the trial period is nowhere near the unusable system that you get when you pay for anything but the top tier.
We have been using the Shopify integration with Zendesk for over a year. It has helped increase the speed with answering tickets by providing some of the basic information that may be needed. With that said, it is missing some other features that would make a huge difference. Due to the way our company is setup, we have to have 3 different Shopify widgets on our Zendesk account. This is a real slow down and takes up a lot of space within our tickets. It would be great if we could have a drop down to switch between different stores we own. It would also be beneficial to have some quick link buttons to add information to a ticket without having to copy and paste everything. Maybe look and see what ChannelReply is doing and see if there is a way to integrate some of that into the app. Overall a good app, just feels dated and needs more updates.
This app has worked great for us. It has been reliable and accurate when pulling in customers' order info. I recommend it.
Tried to switch billing from Yearly to Monthly and their site keeps loading then nothing happens. Contacted support before the payment due date and they never got back, just said they will CC finance department. What a joke. Now, they charge my card for yearly and said they cannot renew month to month because the contract started and we will have to wait next year? Really? We tried to update the subscription from your site before the due date but their site doesn't work. So now its our fault. Hmm. We will be looking for another app due to the worst customer support ever.

As much as the software is solid, their customer support is so ridiculously bad that we're considering dumping it altogether. They make customer support software, yet they are unable to respond in a timely manner and that's made even worse by the fact that we're paying close to $1000 a month for their products.
Cannot recommend at all unless we get issues resolved.
The app functions ok, however their customer service is completely garbage. There are far better apps with way more functionality out there. I made the mistake of prepaying for a year and they don't have the decency to refund. would not recommend
Very useful app integration! Allows agents to easily connect customer questions with order specifics. It would be nice to have more detail without having to log in to Shopify though.
