The Shopify/Zendesk integration works well and displays customer order information along with their support ticket. Much of the displayed data is linked and will take you to the relevant information in your shopify dashboard.
So far so good!
I want the app to be able to use my Zendesk and see the order info directly there, but I don't want to use the chat feature in the site.
So far I am unable to remove that even if I disable the widget. I ended up removing the entire app but I would like to be able to use it. Any advice? Thanks

In the meantime, we've just launched a new Zendesk<>Shopify integration which is in an Early Access Program. You can use the new integration to turn on/off the Web widget from within Zendesk, whilst still using the sidebar apps.

It's a wonderful seamless integration. I do wish there were more actions that could be taken without having to first go to Shopify.
This app has been great! It's reliable and provides the information our team needs to quickly assist customers. Instead of manually entering customer details in Shopify's portal this integration allows us to click/open customers' orders directly from Zendesk tickets. This shortcut has reduced our overall time to response and is a win in my books because of that.
Great integration with Shopify to have control with the costumers. Also the chat of zopim works great with our site www.mayoreototal.mx
I wish it were possible to add more custom fields to the integration. However, it does allow us to quickly and easily see if a customer has an associated order in Shopify and get there quickly. Overall, it's a big help!
Zendesk is best thing out there for customer service. I have used SalesForce extensively but find that Zendesk provides all the tools specific for addressing customer concerns. The email formatting and automation can be improved.
We sell on a few different platforms, so it's really nice to just pull up a ticket and see a customer's order history at a glance. It gives a clean, organized view of essential customer info with accessible links to expand their order details, track their order, or refund it on the spot. It's very helpful in providing context for customers we're interacting with.
Very nice and easy way to engage with customers. All messages from all platforms are integrated in this service so you do not have to go from one website to another. Great addition for our business
App is OK. While helpful, functionality is minimal - only access to basic order info (order number, customer name ect.) is available. While this is great, the ability to transfer information, specifically customer name, address ect. would be ideal. It would improve workflows and allow me to use information customers input to generate orders. Whenever I reach out to Zendesk to inquire - they say it is on Shopify to do this while Shopify maintains it is on Zendesk to do this.
