This app really helps in increasing our chances of making a sale, why? Because we think it's important to answer customer's questions about our product and handling objections before they leave our site. Customers love it when they know there is a live person to chat with them and they could get their questions answered immediately. Also the button appearing always on the bottom following your page scrolls is great, and they can always contact us whether we are online or offline. Works and looks great on mobile view too! We also love the analytics/dashboard features too. I highly recommend this app for ecommerce websites.

Zendesk Chat has been an invaluable app for our Store. Over 70% of our conversions are from customers that have spoken to us prior to purchase on Zendesk Chat. Using Zendesk on your mobile you can carry your store wherever you go! Brilliant!!

It was a little confusing to setup because we thought Zendesk was all encompassing but once we got that worked out it was easy to install and is great to use.

easy to install and to customize the design. was a little hard to figure which site i needed to make an account with to log into the chat account but i figured it out.

Great for the busy season, and has a feature for an away message if you forget to log off!!!

I have tried every chat program out there, and this is by far the best. I can track the pages my customers visit. This app notifies me every time someone visits my website, which allows me to remain vigilant and improve my sales. I base my advertising on the information this app allows me to gather. I have saved many customers from leaving my site in frustration, when I see they are stuck on a page. I also found that it is the only app which runs parallel to Google Analytics. In other words, when I see that three customers are on my site, I see the same thing on this app. That was not the case with other chat apps. Thank you for making it so easy, and affordable.
