This has been an amazing app. For starters the setup was so quick and simple. This is a feat tool for being able to communicate real time with my customers. It has been such a huge help having this app. I’ve been able to quickly respond to customer inquiries about products, shipping and payment questions. Awesome. I love it, very simple to use and install!!

The app works just as I want it to. I option for customers to send a quick message is always there and I get an email notification each time so I am able to quickly respond back before they lose interest. No complaints here :)

Customers ask questions on Zendesk and I am able to answer them instantly. It has resulted in many sales for us as a result! I would highly recommend this app for any online business.

Avoid this app! I downloaded and uninstalled within the free trial period but was charged for 4 billing cycles until I engaged Shopify to help confirm this app was removed. Assuming this was an error somewhere on the back end?
