I really enjoy this chat app and have been using it for over a year. I can even use it from my phone and chat with customers. Great interface and good options. I've used the basic free service but upgraded to the paid version because a promo was running. Extra features 4 paid version included file attachment with in chat, multiple chats at once, multiple triggers. I definitely would recommend this chat app.
I've been using this app since 2017, it has had loads of issues but Combidesk have always dealt with each issue in a timely manner. However, Combidesk has been owned & operated by Zendesk & ZopIM... :( Since then I've been having nothing but issue after issue, this morning I couldn't even login to my admin. The chat box is not appearing via my laptop but is appearing on my phone.
Tried to contact support but to no avail. Found Re:amaze and have installed that instead!
It costs a little extra but in the long run is worth it! More functionality & great customer support.

We joined 2 months ago and Zendesk has been fantastic! Very useful for customers and it reduces the number of phone calls. Also increased sales! I would highly recommend this App.
Love Combidesk, use it for many years ! It allows me to reach easily my customers, answer their questions, see what they are interested in on my shop ... can't do without it !

A must-have app. I am able to proactively communicate with customers and resolve customer enquiries promptly. I am also able to see pages and what is in the shopping cart so that I can incentivise potential customers to purchase. I highly recommend this app to any store owner.
We love the product. It is great that our customers can get a hold of us when they have questions. We have found that by answering our customers questions we have increased our sales and have found that our customers are customers for life. The only thing I would like to see is if there is a way to make the actual box that shows up on our store page smaller. Customers know they can click on it to get a hold of us but it does not need to be so big. Maybe there is a way to do it and I just have not figured it out.
I also love the analytics I can get from the program. It gives me a lot of data that helps in providing better service to my customers.
I would recommend it to anyone wanting to get to know your customers better.
