This app really helps in increasing our chances of making a sale, why? Because we think it's important to answer customer's questions about our product and handling objections before they leave our site. Customers love it when they know there is a live person to chat with them and they could get their questions answered immediately. Also the button appearing always on the bottom following your page scrolls is great, and they can always contact us whether we are online or offline. Works and looks great on mobile view too! We also love the analytics/dashboard features too. I highly recommend this app for ecommerce websites.
It was a little confusing to setup because we thought Zendesk was all encompassing but once we got that worked out it was easy to install and is great to use.

I have tried every chat program out there, and this is by far the best. I can track the pages my customers visit. This app notifies me every time someone visits my website, which allows me to remain vigilant and improve my sales. I base my advertising on the information this app allows me to gather. I have saved many customers from leaving my site in frustration, when I see they are stuck on a page. I also found that it is the only app which runs parallel to Google Analytics. In other words, when I see that three customers are on my site, I see the same thing on this app. That was not the case with other chat apps. Thank you for making it so easy, and affordable.
Terrible app. Buyer beware. Would not let me create an account, their own chat help was of no help, and even after trying again. Worthless.
Install was not good, never fully installed. No support. Very bad experience. Wish I would have checked the reviews before wasting my time.

I have had Live Chat by Combidesk for a few months now. It was super easy to integrate into my Shopify store. Monthly cost is very attractive as compared to other providers. I love that I can see detailed activity of consumers on my website. Highly recommend this app!
I absolutely love this app for my shopify store. I love being able to see my customers navigate my store in real time, so even if they don't buy or become a abandoned cart I'm able to see what they were looking at. This app makes speaking to my customers so convenient. I've had this app since I first opened my shopify store and I don't plan on getting rid of it ever. I also love the fact that it shows me if my customers are on desktop or mobile and it also shows me what operating system they are using.
easy to install and to customize the design. was a little hard to figure which site i needed to make an account with to log into the chat account but i figured it out.
Great for the busy season, and has a feature for an away message if you forget to log off!!!
It works very well. You can access chats from mobile & desktop which is very useful.

This has been an amazing app. For starters the setup was so quick and simple. This is a feat tool for being able to communicate real time with my customers. BAD BAD experience with these guys. 3 parties involved "Zendesk", "Zopim" and "Combidesk"
I had to create a few account before I could use the chat app on my website. The customer care doesn't have an idea why this app is $5 on Shopify and who will support it after the trial ends. Spent 2 hours to sort an app installation. VERY FRUSTRATING

Great app, great support. Easy to integrate. Could do with a little tweak here and there, but otherwise perfect. Never had an issue.

The app is probably alright but the setup and installation before that made me drop it halfway. They will bring you to Zopim site asking you to login. then bring you back into zendesk, saying you are paying to Zendesk... but zopim says theyre charging you money as well. and all of this is being done on combidesk platform. damn annoying and complicated. Might even be scammy. Shopify already flags Zopim app as "USE IT ON YOUR OWN RISK". Yet the irony is that they offer this service thats suppose to make YOUR CUSTOMER experience alot easier and better. Epic fail.
The app works just as I want it to. I option for customers to send a quick message is always there and I get an email notification each time so I am able to quickly respond back before they lose interest. No complaints here :)

No idea what is going on with this app. Are you zendesk or tidio? Live chat doesnt even know. Cant see customers carts, cost is $5.00 plus additional costs. Seems like a mess
Avoid this app! I downloaded and uninstalled within the free trial period but was charged for 4 billing cycles until I engaged Shopify to help confirm this app was removed. Assuming this was an error somewhere on the back end?
