Great customer service especially when just getting started they handled all my questions and with all honesty I would strongly recommend them to anyone just starting out. The only con is that you have to pay after 25 orders wish it was 50 but it's still a 10/10.

Zendrop's support team, especially Lan, has been exceptional. Lan guided me through adding products manually in Shopify and requesting quotes in Zendrop, providing clear and efficient assistance. I was initially having some trouble updating inventory based on instructions provided to me by the service desk team - after some back and forth one of their senior customer care managers hopped in and provided some personal assistance and we were able to work through the problems I was having. Problems solved! After this experience my confidence with their service has been restored. Much appreciated.

Pretty decent app, plenty of options available, also samples are great to use to create your own content.

Just found out that if you have a paid plan, you can ask support to get them to adjust the same place accross all Shopify Stores/Zendrop acccounts you have! Just a shoutout to Ian on the support line who got this processed for me in a matter of minutes!

Also, the app and site are such an easy and smooth experience, along with the Academy available it is very supportive

So far so good. Been using the free plan for a week and reached my 25 order limit. Will be upgrading to a paid plan.
