Being new to both Shopify and Zendrop processes, I had some dropshipping questions which I needed answers too quickly. Jinky was of great assistance to myself on-line and answered everything in quick fashion which was being asked of her. This was greatly appreciated. When you are chasing answers that impacts customer orders, receiving the right information is critical. A big thank you for pointing me in the right direction! Overall, a very satisfied owner!

Great customer service! (Thank you Jobelle) Quick, simple & clear. I had a problem with my billing and she correct it right away and she gave me some advices. I find it a bit pricy because it's like 70$ CAD a month for the pro plan BUT It's understandable with all the services they offer and they're very good.
I have had nothing but great customer service from Jo over at Zendrop! People like her help people like me stay motivated.
It has tons of high-quality products with great images and descriptions. The customer service is also quick and friendly giving helpful instructions.

Had issues with duplicate accounts and the support agents were very helpful and got me transferred to the billing department.
