Customer service is absolutely fantastic. But the app is horrible. Does not import products from AliExpress and has caused lost hours of work and inability to import new products

I going to write very honest review no BS and will keep it very simple.
pros.
They have some good quality products but you have to do your own research to find one with proper good reviews. you'll be wasting lot of time though
customer service is great very helpful people mostly try to help.
Cons
Horrible shipping selection, very bad packaging. even the product is great their package make things worse.
again even if you find a good quality product shipping and delivery will ultimately ruin customer experience.
Suggestions.
Get rid of fake AI generated descriptions and fake pictures of the product. add a review section for sellers so they can review the product they are selling.
Improve the selection of shipping provider set some quality control which you guys always say in place but seems like not working without all of this any business is going to fail.
Final note for who are reading my review- guys dont rely entirely on any drop shipping, you can use them to fill some gaps in your product line and find some good source other than that big NO.

I placed two separate orders and each was fulfilled nearly 18 days later. My customers were very upset!!
That said, when I got a human customer service rep, she showed me how to track the order (I didn't know which shipper in China to select). If I knew how to do so all along, I would have been able to tell customers where product was.
I will give ZenDrop a couple more tries:)

Zendrop is decent and they have good customer support but they need to add features where you can ask the supplier to lower the shipping and the cost of the product and ask for variants. the monthly subscription cost is way too high for beginners. sometimes the suppliers will ignore shipping your product and the delivery days will increase. If they want to become the best they need to lower the subscription cost and offer lower price for the products and shipping and also allow drop shippers to speak with suppliers in a monitored chat. the only good thing about Zendrop is the costumer support. this is my honest review.

Hi , I have been terminated the zendrop from my Shopify store as somebody tried to create orders from my shop. While I uninstalled the zendrop from my store they have billed me of 39.42£ . Now I am trying to get in touch with zendrop but I can’t get access to them. Weather it’s a third party but how I gonna know that they not going to charge me next month . I had not set up that time .

This experience wasn't a positive one for me, it was very frustrating. Due to an internal problem, I was unable to import products from AliExpress. I was unable to get in touch with support on the website due to an on-site issue. On the website it's the only way it provides instructions for reaching them and doesn't offer any other alternatives. Contacting them was a nightmare. They did not answer through Instagram. I found their support email on their YouTube channel. The email Support was extremely quick, which is the only reason why I am still giving a 3 start. I was connected to an agent via email. The support team was great and respectfull . They issued me a refund without any hassle.

This app is great for beginners and the products are amazing. The only thing that I dislike is the check list you have always pops up even after you hide it. If you select dismiss there is another message that appears saying are you sure you want to miss out on the 100 credits, you select yes Im sure but then if you select a page for example you look at products the message will pop up again. Another thing is sometimes I get error messages if I select a product from "my products" usually happens when i use a desktop. Other than that its great!
