Had some issues with linking products due to a software bug, I got into contact with Nyka, she was lovely & understood my issues straight away, she passed on my information to the technical team and my issues was resolved within a matter of minutes. Thank you Nyka. 10/10 customer service.

Simplifies e-commerce process a whole lot. Zendrop isn't the cheapest option out there, but their user interface is very clean and most importantly their customer support is very reactive.
If you can spare the money I definitely would recommend!

I have been noting an issue with my product sourcing quotas. I got in contact with the team, and a chap named Khubaib managed to find the information required to satisfy my queries in a prompt and professional fashion. Great servide.

I am very satisfied with Zndrop's customer service. They answer all my messages with courtesy; bravo. I would have given them 5 stars if there hadn't been a problem processing my order, but since they did a good job of finding the source of the problem, I was reassured.

Can't give 0 stars so giving 1. This app is not what it used to be before. I respected Jared Goetz for his vision and his mission. He writes that one of the rules he lives by is to work on a problem every day on linkedin, and someday you will see the result. But one fine day, he woke up and changed the whole policy for startups that would stangle the startups. Please do not choose them as your dropshipping partner or work over there. I don't think it is now a company that is drophipping partner-centric.
