I installed this app and did not use it. In their description, they say that they will charge you for usage but they went on to take money from my account. I was charged for two months without any prior notification, even though my store was never published or used. I was barely outside of the refund window without even realizing I would be charged. It's been 8 days since I was billed with no sales or usage and I had no idea. They made no exception for me, seems like they don't care too much about their customers. I was planning on coming back to the service at another time as a paying customer, but that ship has sailed.

Every product I ordered through ZenDrop is mediocre at best and often the description is a lie. I ordered a "premium leather jacket" which turned out to be vinyl, a "cashmere sweater" that doesn't feel like cashmere at all and nearly ordered "premium leather oxfords" that were vinyl uppers.
