UPDATED: I cancelled the app and removed it from my store. Zendrop assured me I would NOT be charged but they have just charged me $49. Ordered and paid on 7th May 2022. Zendrop kept blaming USPS. Even on 13th May Zendrop were saying the item had been shipped. However today, 26th May USPS confirmed that Zendrop did not put the product up for shipping until 20th May. Not impressed, don't like dishonesty! They say 1-3 days processing, 13 in my case! This is not the case for me and some others on here. We rely on this information when informing customers as to when they will receive their order. I got an emails from them telling me not to sweat it and to be transparent with my customer - what transparent like they are listing out of stock products as being processed within 1-3 days? They give low priority to first time buyers I would suggest. I was told that once I purchase more, processing times may increase. Sorry, but if you are displaying a product, it should be ready to go, or is available to source. You can view product for free, but if you want to sell them you have to pay $49/month in app fees. Their shipping rates are higher than I have seen in suppliers who also charge no app fees. I wish I had looked closer at the reviews here before installing this app. I have now removed all ZenDrop products from my store.

Our COO has already reached out to you via email to see what we can do to make it up to you, but let us also explain our side of things here so you can get a better understanding of how Zendrop works.

We have hundreds of thousands of products on our platform, they are products that we're able to source but are not yet in our warehouse. We have a way of getting 99% of products sourced within the 3 day time frame, but sometimes things take a little bit longer than expected. You unfortunately ran into one of those situations where things took a bit longer than we thought they would.

But we totally understand your frustrations and would like to make things right. We would like to talk through this issue and help you understand our side of things so we can come to an amicable solution to this problem. I'm really sorry to hear you haven't had a great experience with our Customer Success team. I really don't know what happened there exactly (we had a hiccup with delays in support responses due to an influx of new sign ups), but we provide the same level of support to each and every one our sellers regardless of where they're at in their dropshipping journey -- 0 orders or 100 orders, we're all in this together! I truly hope that your experience has improved.

Shipping with Zendrop has been frustratingly slow, often taking more than two weeks. We've also had issues with lost items during shipping, and it's a hassle to get refunds – we have to keep reaching out. Frankly, Zendrop's shipping management feels pretty disappointing, almost like dealing with sellers on AliExpress. We shouldn't have purchased the annual membership.

So, we've made a call to switch things up and move over to Dropshipman. It seems like a more reliable and budget-friendly option for us.

Product selection is okay, they stated the Chinese New Year cutoff was the 10th, submitted the order the 7th and still not finished processing, thats over a week. Customers will not be happy. Support is extremely difficult to contact. Would recommend other apps for beginners.

Complete unprofessional and incompetent app. At what should be the height of my business and the holidays, they hold no inventory and out of stock of every single product I’m selling which I find hard to believe. Do not use this app not reliable at all. Will hurt your business. Just lost a bundle sale cuz of their incompetence which I forgave so I tried to move to another product to advertise but I made sure to check inventory of the item and they’re all out of stock. Got picture proof, if necessary.

Been trying to get help from their team over email and its taking forever they've responded 3 times and not once helped me with the problem

Our Customer Success team does everything they can to respond to all new messages within an hour and all other messages same day. Cant seem to get in contact with support, trying to work out product pricing showing in a different currency. But without any support for three days now. App seems to have limited functionality and can not find options to make these changes myself.
