Zendrop ‑ Dropshipping & POD

Zendrop Customer Service is Excellent.

I've been using Zendrop a bit for some months. Im still quite new to the business of dropshipping but I soon switched to another platform because I couldnt find the products I was looking for on Zendrop. In general they are a bit more expensive than others, however not in all cases. The bundling of items is still unclear to me but the support is in general very friendly and helpful. If you have the paid plan you get many extras on the side.

I didin't Lauch my website yet and started dealing with orders and shipping yet but till now Zendrop has been doing me every favor i ask in a very professionnel way.

Always very helpful and quick with their responses. When encountering an issue, they are always ready to help and solve the issue without hesitation.

great, customer service is very responsive. only thing I can say is they need to better implement shipping methods so that product doesnt get damaged often.

So far so good! Seems to have great service and good products for a great price. Joanna was super helpful and quick to respond when i needed more info on the product I was looking for.
