I have been using Zendrop for a while now and can vouch that they have one of the best and fastest customer support service. I truly appreciate all the help provided. It's one of the easiest platform to use and honestly with my business, Zendrop makes it easier.
Zendrop offers a wide range of great products, making it an excellent platform to get started. The variety of products is impressive, providing plenty of opportunities to explore and be creative. However, using the platform in the EU can be a bit more challenging, as many products don't have CE certifications. That being said, the support is truly outstanding. The team is available 24/7 and is happy to reach out directly to suppliers to check on things. This level of support is exceptional and surpasses anything I've experienced on other platforms.

very professional customer support, just that some products arent available when i sent a product request, but if you guys can fix that then everything else is perfect! and maybe the speed on the product requests can use some work too since ive had requests take like 5 days to return. but overall a good experience just the speed and product availabilty needs work.
