Always very helpful experts at any time of day.
It has been more that one year that we have been working with Zendrop, during low-medium-high peek moments, it never failed to surprise us. The interface is user-friendly, the access at managing account, orders, products linked, and tax statements, is pretty convenient. It works perfectly with Shopify, and the product listings available are enough to start with your ecom. Would definitely recommend for everyone who is just starting out.

Great service, very quick to respond in the chat, so I like that very much. But I put took out 1 start because is lacking of explanations for users outside USA. Examples:A big WARNING for users from other countries, all prices are always set up in US$, to calculate your prices to your costumers you have to use google to know the price in your currency, its a pain plus never 100% accurate because it will depend on the exchange rate they use the day of the purchase. Also very important, if you are in another country, when picking up products you have to select as supplier zendrop, if you pick all suppliers, you will find a lot of wonderful products but they wont ship to your country. Thats my learning so far.
Response times are a little long but good experience so far with the actual fulfillment side of things.

I juest started with Zendrop, and they really dont lie. They have EVERY PRODUCT. And i love it. I did struggle with a little glitch that made me unable to link a few roduct variants, but with the help of their team, everything got fixed. The team is extremely fast at answering too, and at any given time of the day. I told them my prolem, and sent them the link of the product that dificuties, and boom. Each fixed in under two minutes. You can even see the change happen before your eyes. I really do recomend this and honnestly it would be a five start if it wasnt for the little bug.
Janelle and Karrie helped me tremendously. I had a lot of questions and she answered them all one by one. Zendrop has good customer service!!!
Over all user friendly, lots of good options too. Only sad part is when products randomly are removed from the site, but not auto removed from your store or listed as out of stock. They do send you an email which is helpful.
Fast friendly customer service too
Overall support when needed is great! However, I am still figuring out the best way to have a complete communication cycle when facing product availability and processing time challenges. I still recommend the app.
