The app used to be good before a couple years ago. However, this app is currently so bad and unrecommendable! After receiving order, you may be shocked that the product unexpectedly went out of stock or its price went crazily high similar to the overall prices that went our crazily and cannot be competitive anymore! The orders usually take long time to reach the customer although noticeably for product that are said to be shipping from the US while they obviously are not. According to a bad practice with them, the company may remove the app from your Shopify store and damage your related setups and cancel your subscription at any time for false and unclear reason without providing further details and without refunding your annual membership fees you paid them upfront, and also without refunding order credits you accumulated on the app! (By the way, you usually cannot utilize more than 10% of your order credits towards any order). The app is a complete mess and harm to business and a waste of money!

My client ordered on Nov 14th and stil hasnt received the order.

Not worth it.
Just creates more problems in ur business. Maybe good for high ticket items , but they are not reliable.
Just not worth it. You gotta pay for it, and it creates more trouble.
The ask u to sample order products as they don't show reviews of the products written, then even after u do it, the ship defective products to the customers.
If you think Zendrop would help me fulfil BETTER, FASTER AND CHEAPER. YOU ARE WRONG.
Go with Dsers that's better than this crap. Bold so people know how much of a waste of time this app is.

NEVER USE IT. IS NOT FREE!! They will charge you even you dont used it and if you speak fot help you only hace an ia agent that will no resolve nothing about money and you hace to enter to the app to start a chat so difficult. 1 week after i complain and they're looking for an excuse. I'm going to give them a negative rating everywhere because they literally robbed me. Also, the service is horrible. An artificial intelligence keeps talking to me. They don't have staff? There's no contact number. You have to log in to the app and then talk to the AI to see in your spam folder the same thing you've already told their other AI colleague 20 times, and you gave them the information they need. Very poor customer service, and they're ripping off new people like me. I will never use their service again.

stay away from them, they have been billing me $29 and i had not approved any billing yet nor linked any products yet to my store as was still waiting to start advertising. when i asked them about it they told me they cn see my account or any billing yet i have been billed $59 so far. for a service i didnt use or get... still waitng for them to refund me.

If I don't want or use the app, why are the charges added to my billing? When I use the app, it's understandable, but when I don't, why?

die produktsuche ist grauenhaft. produktbilder sind unscharf, nicht von allen seiten fotografiert, oft nicht alle vorhandenen varianten fotografiert. die branding karte ist unscharf und macht beim kunden eher einen schlechteren eindruck, als einen guten. ausserdem kommen immer falsche produkte zu den wörtern die man in der suchleiste eingibt. Bspl. bei yoga kleidungen kommen normale tshirts die nichts mit sport zutun haben.

Charged Me During the Free Trial – Very Disappointed
I signed up for Zendrop because it advertised a free trial, but to my surprise, I was charged before the trial period even ended. I double-checked everything and there was no warning or notification that the charge would go through early. This feels misleading and dishonest.
I reached out to support and didn't get a helpful response. If this is how they treat new users, I can’t imagine how things would go long-term. Definitely not a good first impression. Be careful before entering your payment details!
