New to dropshipping.
Here is my email to Zendrop:
"I'm struggling to get my website up and running. In other words, I haven't started online shopping yet. Hope to be back soon.
Is there anything you or I can do to avoid the above expenses, until my online store is ready?"
And here is Zendrop's response:
"I completely understand that getting a website up and running can be a challenge, but take your time—it's all part of the journey! I've reviewed the account and billing information and it appears that you are currently subscribed to the Zendrop pro plan. Would you be okay if I add 2 months for FREE to your account? That's 3 full months of a paid subscription for the cost of one. Once the free months come to an end, you can choose to continue with the paid service or downgrade/cancel."
I call this very good insight and top-notch service, many thanks to Zendrop.

I mostly sell POD products in my store but I also sell other products from Zendrop. I've been using Zendrop for about 4 years and I've been very happy with them during this time

Had some issues with linking products due to a software bug, I got into contact with Nyka, she was lovely & understood my issues straight away, she passed on my information to the technical team and my issues was resolved within a matter of minutes. Thank you Nyka. 10/10 customer service.

Simplifies e-commerce process a whole lot. Zendrop isn't the cheapest option out there, but their user interface is very clean and most importantly their customer support is very reactive.
If you can spare the money I definitely would recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Zendrop's customer support, especially with Khubaib, who went above and beyond to resolve my issues. Not only did he patiently assist with tracking and order delays, but he also helped me navigate technical issues with my Zendrop account and email changes. The customer service was fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They also gave me detailed information about Zendrop's services and even helped me apply for the Zendrop Select program. I highly recommend Zendrop for their outstanding customer support!
