2 out of 2 products that i've sold have had stock issues, but both times the support team resolved the issue very quickly

you will have to contact customers asking them about replacements, but it's part of the job

the support team is always very helpful everytime i reach out and they answer back fairly quickly. My Last experience was with Jobelle and she quickly resolved my issue and pointed in the right direction to make sure it doesnt happen again in the future.

I wanted to share a very pleasant experience, I will say right away, Zendrop support is the best support I have ever met, when adding a product from Zendrop to Shopify, I had an unknown problem, I wrote to support, they told me that it was just a technical problem, and within 24 hours it was solved, after which I faced the problem that I could not add several variants of the product at a time, although I did not have any publication of the product on Shopify, accordingly, the limit was not broken, within a few hours, zendrop support contacted the supply manager of this product, and told him to resize this product and by the next morning it was all sorted, thanks Jacob for your help

Continuing my service with Zendrop, I get the BEST customer service. The agents respond fast as heck! They give me information beyond the general "ai help" so they are actually helping me. Never, have they made me feel I have asked too many questions. I'd like to thank Jobelle personally, who have helped me recently, continue to feel this way <3

It is clear to me that Zendrop is not ready to handle massive orders they are very slow I just did the test I received a couple of orders for the same product and I split it between zendrop and Dsers My Dsers order already arrived to my customer but the Zendrop order hasn’t arrived yet, I also believe in the monopoly going on and the game of affiliate Zendrop is clearly spending lots of money on that because almost everyone out there keep mentioning Zendrop but in reality Zendrop makes lots of mistakes and they take their sweet time to fulfill orders. So think about before you spend money here oh by the way they are a lot expensive than any other platform.

Amazing App and Tool for your Online Shop. I already tried another one before and it's just outstanding compared to others. Also the Client Support is amazing and very friendly and fast. Can't imagine without Zendrop.

I had an issue with a different platform. I found Zendrop and they helped me find the product, and link everything properly. Now I can fulfill the order. Mariane was very patient and very helpful.

Zendrop-Dropshipping support team have great customer service. They go over and above to make sure your problem is solved and if they can't they will reach out to others to make sure they solve your issues. They take time to listen to there customers and act accordingly. I cant thank them enough for there support today.
