Had an issue and need to chat with customer support. After requesting to talk to a human I was chatting with one to solve my issue within 2 minutes. Joshua was very helpful.
Zendrop is the dropshipping GOAT. They can always answer my questions quickly and take the time to understand the question. The suppliers are fast to ship products to my customers. I have yet to try the sourcing feature as it's Chinese New Year but I will be doing so soon. Fulfilment is quick and easy and adding credit makes fulfilment a smooth process. Love it!
Great experience with them. First time doing my sample order, missing a few things and ask for clarification and they did provide me with assurance for my future order. Their customer service was fabulous and the branding feature they provided are like a huge discount. Will continue using them for having a great customer service. Of course the distribution channel. I really appreciate that they change their logistic partner depends on the location of my order.

The best support I’ve ever seen. Zendrop is the reason why I know more about business as they have academy courses where you can watch videos and learn about strategies and much more about business. Zendrop has great titles, descriptions and pictures on products so it will make your store look more legit. I don’t normally do reviews but Zendrop is the best app to use and they have the best support, very friendly and will help you with any problems! (24/7 support)

Easy to navigate and provides enough trainings
Had an issue with a return/refund/reshipping of an order. I first spoke to a "bot" and within 15 minutes on a Sunday morning I was contacted by a live representative who guided me through the entire process by simply providing them shipping information.
