Just getting started with dropshipping and Zendrop was recommended to me as a good place to start, I haven't experienced any problems so far and the customer support has being great till this moment for me as a starter. I recommend zendrop to anyone who is starter like me. definitely great place to start.

I love this platform. Been using Zendrop for sometime now, at first i was hesitant to become a plus member but came across a promo for a free trial and haven't looked back since. The best part is the support team. They are incredible. They always have been able to handle all my issues on the spot and answer all my questions. This is huge plus. I've dealt with other dropshipping platforms and some can take a few days to get back to you.

Zendrop was extremely helpful and easy to use. Products were not difficult to find and I was able to use the tools on the site to create an effective website.

Just started up my store and Zendrop has been great. Support responds within 5-10 minutes and this is huge for e-commerce stores who are just starting out. Highly recommend!

I’ve been waiting for over two weeks for some of my store orders to be shipped. Despite raising multiple complaints, Juan keeps telling me to wait patiently. It’s been more than two weeks now, and he’s still asking me to wait.

To make matters worse, they deactivated my account without fulfilling my orders or issuing a refund.

This has caused me to lose both customer trust and money.

I feel like I’ve been scammed by Zendrop.
