The support team has been great. I am still trying to figure out the ins and outs of the application, but everyone was very helpful at zendrop.

Support was so great. However, the system leading to or showing 7-day trial was not obvious which I hope they may improve.

I just spent about 1 hour on the phone with the Zendrop support team via chat. I worked on a problem all day that i could not figure out. I finally asked for some help and found a great person on the other end. She was knowledgeable patient and helpful. I can't say enough about the support and my experience. Way to go ZenDrop i will be a client for a long time.
